Specifications and guidelines for oral paper presenters

General Specifications

  • File format should be PowerPoint (.PPT)
  • Total size of the presentation should not exceed 20 MB
  • Maximum number of slides should not exceed 15
  • All slides should be in landscape format
  • Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported — submit in static PPT format only

Design Specifications

  • Each slide title should be placed in a title placeholder
  • The text should follow the pattern:
    1. Background & Objectives
    2. Material & Methods
    3. Results & Graphs/Images
    4. Discussion & Analysis
    5. Conclusion & References
    6. Acknowledgements & Disclosures
  • Text should be brief and well organized
  • Typeface should be simple and clear (e.g., Helvetica). Font size should be visible on the computer screen for it to display well on the projection screen

Colour Suggestions

Light Backgrounds
(white, yellow, light blue)
→ Use dark fonts (black, navy blue, dark green)
Dark Backgrounds
(blue, purple)
→ Use light fonts (white, yellow, cyan)

⚠ Avoid using red or green in fonts or backgrounds — they are difficult to read. Illustrations/images/photographs should be enlarged enough to show relevant details.

📧 Oral Paper Sending Guidelines

  • Oral Presentation PPT must be sent by email before 8th July 2026
  • Save the PPT file by your Abstract number, and attach
  • Email Subject: Oral Paper number, Abstract ID | Conference Registration Number
  • Oral Paper Number, Abstract ID, Delegate Name, Conference Registration Number must be mentioned in the email body
  • Email your PPT to abstract.tgspulmocon26@gmail.com

📋 Oral Presentation Guidelines

  • Oral Papers are allotted separate OP No. different from the Abstract ID, according to the time slots given
  • 10-minute slots: Presentation should not cross 7 minutes + 2 min discussion + 1 min changeover = 10 min per paper
  • After 6 minutes a warning appears, and the presentation automatically shuts down after 7 minutes
  • All presenters should be present 30 minutes before the start of the session and stay till the end
  • If a presenter is not available before the session start, their PPT may not be uploaded for screening
  • If anyone misses their time slot, it cannot be rescheduled
  • Presenters should come well-groomed in formal attire
  • PPT should be in accordance with specifications and visually appealing
  • Content should follow the Original Study format (Background & Objectives, Material & Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References, Acknowledgements & Disclosures)
  • Presentation should be precise, crisp and lucid with clear conclusive comment
  • Presenters are advised to carry their Free Paper on a Pen drive as well
  • OP-No. / OPS / Group / Time slot / Day — to be noted from the OP Slots Grid below
  • Note: Conference registration is mandatory to present your Free Paper

General Specifications

  • The E-poster will be displayed on standard 42"/50" (Diagonal) LCD
  • File format should be PowerPoint (.PPT)
  • Total size should not exceed 20 MB
  • Maximum number of slides per E-poster should not exceed 6
  • All slides should be in landscape format
  • Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported — submit in static PPT format only

Design Specifications

  • The E-poster needs to be created as per the example format attached
  • Each slide title should be placed in a title placeholder
  • Original Study format:
    1. Introduction
    2. Aim/Objectives
    3. Material & Methods
    4. Results/Graphs
    5. Discussion
    6. Conclusion and References
  • Case Report format:
    1. Introduction
    2. Case Details (1)
    3. Case Details (2)
    4. Images
    5. Discussion
    6. Conclusion/Message & References
  • The poster should be self-explanatory. Text should be brief and well organized
  • Font size should be at least 26 to 36 point. Typeface should be simple and clear (e.g., Helvetica)
  • If visible well on the computer screen, it shall be visible on the E-Poster Display Screen

Colour suggestions: Same as Oral Paper guidelines above — light backgrounds with dark fonts, avoid red/green.

📧 E-Poster Sending Instructions

  • E-Poster must be sent by email before 8th July 2026

  • EP Number, Abstract ID, Delegate Name, Conference Registration Number must be mentioned in the email body

📺 E-Poster Display Information

  • E-Posters are allotted separate EP No. different from the Abstract ID
  • All E-posters will be displayed over 6 screens in chronological serial order starting from the first E-poster number for the group slot
  • 1 screen will be kept for General viewing where all E-posters of the session will be displayed
  • Each poster will be displayed for 30 minutes and examined for 5 minutes during the time slot by the Judges

📝 General Instructions to Candidates

  • Candidates should come well-groomed with formal attire
  • Candidate should be present 30 minutes before their allocated time slot. If they miss their slot, no rescheduling will be done
  • EP-No. / EPS / Group (Time slot) / Day — to be noted from the EP Slots Grid below
  • Please carry your Presentation on a Pen drive as well

⚠ Important Information

  • Conference registration is mandatory to present your paper
  • Travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by the candidate
  • All PGs must submit an approval letter by the respective HODs along with their PPTs
